This project will be developed as a non-for-profit housing cooperative with government financing.  The apartment complex design offers 36 suites for 55+ households.

Do not miss out on this opportunity by "waiting until construction commences" before you are interested.  The suites in these projects are usually completely spoken for and "leased up", well in advance of construction commencing.
