We are pleased to advise that the "GNPH", a community owned and operated non-profit housing organization is sponsoring the development of an "affordable rental" apartment building in Gimli, Manitoba.
The intended occupancy is Summer 2006.

We anticipate the project to house 1, 2 and/or 3 bedroom accommodation with monthly "hot rents" ranging from $500 to $700 (heat, light, water and parking included).
