The "GNPH", a community owned and operated non-profit housing organization is sponsoring the development of an "affordable rental" apartment building in Gimli, Manitoba.
The intended occupancy is Fall 2012.

We anticipate the project to house 28 suites - 1, 2 and 3 bedroom accommodation with monthly "hot rents" from $575 to $713 to $863 (all utilities included).
